When files and daily-use supplies accumulate around your desk, a mobile file cabinet gives you a place to keep them nearby without moving your primary work area. This box/box/file configuration places two box drawers and one file drawer in a unit that can be stored under or next to your desk. For an office manager coordinating shared workstations, that positioning keeps necessary office supplies and important documents near the people who use them. The lock gives you a way to keep important documents from remaining unsecured on the desktop. Your filing routine stays tied to the workstation.
