This self-contained unit serves as a workstation for physically impaired users, with a 32-inch wide by 29-inch high wheelchair access opening. Its mobile format lets you position the station where the day's work takes place, while the included sink, faucet, upright set, and supplied water bottles keep essential lab functions together.
The unit measures 6 feet wide by 24 inches deep by 33 inches high overall. Its construction combines solid oak, hardwood, and oak veneer, with a one and one-quarter-inch ChemGuard top. A stainless steel sink is paired with a faucet operated by a toggle-switch water pump that pulls water from the supplied bottles and discards it. Rod sockets support the included full upright set. For electrical access, the unit has a GFI-protected alternating-current duplex electrical receptacle and a 25-foot extension cord. Locks are provided on all drawers and doors. Four-inch ball bearing locking swivel casters allow the unit to roll between locations and lock in place.
